Carrie Colla

Carrie Colla is currently the Director of Health Analysis at the Congressional Budget Office. Carrie has previously held positions as a Professor at Dartmouth Medical School, a Health Policy Fellow at the U.S. House of Representatives, and has experience in health economics and outcomes research at Genentech. Carrie holds a Ph.D. in Health Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
