Russell Krupen

Russell Krupen is an Assistant General Counsel at the Congressional Budget Office. Prior to this role, Krupen worked as an Attorney Advisor at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, US Department of Transportation. Krupen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from UCLA School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology/History from Harvard University.
