Ayan Kumar Ghoshal has over 19 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ayan is currently the Vice President of Engineering Operations at Congruex since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager (Leadership Team Member) - Service Delivery at ACT FIBERNET from February 2019 to May 2021. Ayan also held the position of General Manager - East Hub Head (CTO) + National Wireline Technology Head at Tata Teleservices Ltd from August 2016 to February 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as the HOD - O&M and Service Delivery & Assuarnce at Spectranet - Citycom Networks Pvt Ltd from June 2015 to August 2016. Ayan also has extensive experience at Telesonic Network Ltd (Unit of Bharti Airtel Ltd) where they held various roles including DGM - National Head Service Delivery & Deployment from May 2013 to June 2015, Sr Manager - Network Operations Kolkata from August 2006 to May 2013, and Headed the LTE (4G) - Project Roll-Out In Kolkata for Bharti Airtel Ltd from October 2011 to April 2012. Ayan began their career at Tata Teleservices Ltd in August 2002, where they were involved in Project & Operations - Telecom (Wired & CDMA Network) until July 2006.

Ayan Kumar Ghoshal completed their Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Cloud Computing at the Indian Institute of Technology, Patna in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 1998 and 2002. Ayan completed their secondary education with a 12th grade Higher Secondary (Uchha Madhyamik) diploma in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology from Calcutta University, Kolkata from 1996 to 1998. Ayan began their education at Julien Day School in India, where they completed their 10th grade (Madhyamik) studies between 1987 and 1996.
