Bill Ledbetter

Bill Ledbetter joined Conifer in 2022 as Senior Vice President, Information Technology. In this role, Bill develops the strategy, roadmap, and direct technology, as well as automation and innovation, for Conifer Realty at an enterprise level. He diligently serves as the key partner and advisor to Conifer’s senior leadership, department heads, and external customer base.

Bill brings extensive experience in Information Technology, having most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Technology, at Univision Communications. There, he partnered with the business to lead both process transformation efforts and digital workflow enablement efforts across the enterprise, enabling next-generation architecture, global access to new technologies, and migration of services to the cloud. Additionally, Bill was able to define and build a partnership model based on collaboration between IT and business leaders, further developing mentored technology staff, and promoting partnerships, credibility, and teamwork. Bill was also responsible for the transition of Univision’s technology from antiquated systems to the cloud, automated and streamlined platforms.
