Eileen Rupp

Eileen Rupp, PHR, has a diverse work experience in human resources. From 2000 to 2006, they served as the Recruitment Director at EducationWorks, where they managed the hiring process for full-time and part-time employees, as well as AmeriCorps members and volunteers. Eileen then moved on to the Philadelphia Macaroni Company, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from 2006 to 2008. In this role, they oversaw all areas of HR for a staff of exempt and non-exempt employees in an FDA regulated food manufacturing plant. From 2008 to 2011, Eileen served as the Human Resources Manager at Public/Private Ventures, where they were responsible for all HR functions for a multi-state organization with offices in California, New York, and Pennsylvania. Eileen then joined New Penn Financial, LLC as an HR Manager/Director in 2013, leading a team of five and managing various HR functions, including employee onboarding, compensation structure review, benefit management, employee relations, and performance. Eileen then worked at Comcast from 2016 to 2017 as a Director of Human Resources, providing HR support for Comcast Business senior leadership and contributing to strategic planning in relation to personnel programs. Since 2019, they have been employed at Connect America as a Senior Director of Human Resources.

Eileen Rupp, PHR has a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Niagara University. Additionally, in 2007, they obtained a Certificate in Professional Human Resources from Villanova University.
