Cheryl Cushman

Cheryl Cushman, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as the Director of Talent at ConnectPay Payroll Services from September 2021 to the present. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Talent Management at the same company from September 2019 to September 2021.

Before joining ConnectPay Payroll Services, Cheryl worked as a Senior Recruiter at King and Bishop from September 2018 to September 2019. Cheryl also served as a Human Resources Manager Consultant at Learning Prep School from June 2018 to September 2018. During this time, they provided consulting services in the field of human resources management.

Cheryl's career began at TAC WORLDWIDE COMPANIES, where they served as a Recruiting Manager/Branch Manager from July 1994 to April 2000. Cheryl managed on-site staffing programs for client companies and led a team of recruiters across multiple locations.

Cheryl Cushman, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Merchandising/Management from the University of Vermont. Cheryl also pursued a Masters Degree Program in Dance Education at Boston University. Cheryl holds additional certifications including the SCP - Senior Certified Professional from SHRM, obtained in January 2015, and the AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS, obtained in October 2013.
