Paul Toal

Paul Toal has extensive work experience in various customer success and client relationship roles. Paul'smost recent positions include Head of Customer Success at Empresaria Group plc, LMA Recruitment, and ConSol Partners, all starting in 2023. Prior to these roles, Paul worked as a Key Account Consultant from 2018 to 2023, where they provided remote support to clients and customers in multiple countries during the COVID-19 pandemic. Before that, they held KAM/Client Relationship Manager positions at Computer Futures and SThree from 2016 to 2018. Paul also worked as a Corporate Health Insurance Consultant at Lyons Financial Services from 2015 to 2016 and as a GCC Recruitment Consultant at Gulf Connexions from 2012 to 2015, specializing in insurance recruitment throughout the GCC region.

Paul Toal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Information Technology and Information Systems from Dublin City University, which they obtained in 2022. Paul also holds a degree in Engineering, specializing in Sound Engineering and Music Technology from STC in Temple Bar, Dublin. Additionally, they have a Q.F.A (Life & Pensions) A.P.A. degree in Insurance from L.I.A and a Private Health Insurance certification (PDI 05) from the Irish Insurance Institute. Paul Toal also received an NCVA Certificate in Multimedia from Colaiste Dhulaigh College in Dublin. Lastly, they completed their Junior and Leaving certificates from Colaiste Choilm in Dublin.
