Ali Jaafar is a seasoned Executive Chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently leading kitchen operations at Construction Development Company LLC since November 2020. With previous roles as Executive Chef at Fraser Suites West Bay in Doha, Samaxi Palace Hotel, Serena Hotels, and Amari, Ali specializes in oriental Italian, French, and Continental fine-dining cuisine. Demonstrating a dynamic and results-oriented approach, Ali has been instrumental in managing pre-opening operations and ensuring high-quality food and beverage services. Ali began culinary career as Executive Sous Chef at InterContinental Hotels Group and progressed through to Sous Chef at Movenpick Convention Center and Royal Suites. Ali holds a Technical Baccalaureate in hospitality management and a degree in Culinary Arts from the Vocational Institute of Hotel Management in Beirut, Lebanon.
