Jeff Granfield

Jeff Granfield has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jeff currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition, Americas at Contentsquare, a fast-growing startup focused on improving digital experiences. Prior to this, Jeff served as a Strategic Advisor at College Aid Pro™, where they worked on helping clients make informed decisions about college expenses.

Before College Aid Pro™, Jeff was the Director of Talent Acquisition Americas at Criteo, a role in which they oversaw the recruitment strategies and talent management approaches for Criteo's North and South Americas business. Additionally, they served as the Global TA leader for two other business lines spanning 26 countries.

Jeff also has a background in talent acquisition at TD, where they held various roles including Vice President of Talent Acquisition - Recruitment Manager and Vice President of Talent Acquisition - Executive Recruitment. In these positions, they led recruitment strategies and cycles for different divisions and regions of the company, developed staffing and retention strategies, and designed leadership training modules.

Earlier in their career, Jeff worked as an Executive Recruiter at The Mergis Group, focusing on permanent placement recruiting in Accounting, Finance, and Banking. Jeff also worked as a Consultant in Accounting & Finance at Winter Wyman and as an Investment Manager at Centennial Farms Thoroughbred Investments.

Jeff Granfield attended Coastal Carolina University from 2002 to 2004, where they studied psychology. Prior to that, they completed their degree in psychology at Merrimack College from 1999 to 2002. Their secondary education was at Winchester High School, but no specific dates or degrees were provided.
