Kai P. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kai is currently working as the VP Partnerships, EMEA at Contentsquare since February 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Global Partners & Channel at Binary Tree, where they were responsible for the overall Global Channel team and Partner & Alliance strategy. During their tenure, Binary Tree experienced triple digit YoY bookings growth and double digit growth in the channel contribution to their top line. Prior to Binary Tree, Kai P. served as the Director - Global Alliances at Riverbed Technology, focusing on developing disruptive approaches to commercial engagement with strategic global partners. Kai also worked at Dynatrace as the General Manager for the BT Account, where they significantly grew the business and drove innovation in the go-to-market offering. Earlier in their career, Kai P. held roles as Sales Director for BT Account - Service Provider Team and Partner Manager UK & Northern EMEA at Dynatrace. Kai began their career as a Senior Account Manager at Progress Software.

Kai P. began their education at St. John's International School, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree. After completing their secondary education, they attended the University of Southampton from 2000 to 2003, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology. Following this, Kai P. enrolled at The University of Law from 2003 to 2004, specializing in Law and obtaining an LL.Dip.
