Balthasar Wyss has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Balthasar'smost recent position was as Vice President - Global Partner Success & Operations at Contentsquare. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President - Customer Success at MeridianLink.

Wyss also gained valuable experience at FlavorCloud Inc. as Vice President - Customer Success, Partners & Operations, where they successfully grew the company's ARR 20x in 2 years and secured a $6m A-round VC investment. At Avalara, they held the position of Senior Director - Channel Development & Partner Operations.

Earlier in their career, Wyss held various roles at Microsoft Corp, including Director - Channel Strategy & Partner Marketing, Sr. Regional Director - International Field Marketing & Operations, and Director of Business Development. Balthasar also worked as Director - International Business Development at RealNetworks, Program Manager - International (AOL-Netscape) at Time Warner Inc., and Director - Market Development & Sales Operations at Knight-Ridder Information.

Wyss started their career at GFK (IHA-GFM) as a Project Manager - Market Research. There, they led market research projects for multinational companies across various industry verticals and conducted media rating/circulation studies for TV, radio stations, and newspapers/magazines.

Balthasar Wyss has a diverse education history. In 1985, they began pursuing a Masters degree at the University of Zurich, specializing in Social Psychology, Business Administration, and Mass Media Communications. Balthasar successfully completed their Masters program in 1990.

The following year, from 1991 to 1992, Wyss worked as a Scientific Assistant at ETH Zürich. During this time, they gained practical experience in an academic setting.

In 1992, Wyss enrolled in the University of Zurich again, this time pursuing a Ph.D. in Mass Media Communications. Balthasar dedicated three years to their doctoral studies and successfully completed their degree in 1995.

After a long gap, in 2017, Wyss took an online course at Harvard Business School. The course, "Disruptive Strategy with Clayton Christensen," allowed him to enhance their knowledge in Business Administration and Management.

Additionally, Wyss has obtained several certifications to further develop their skills and knowledge. In 2021, they completed two courses from LinkedIn, "Bill George on Self-Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership" and "Leadership Stories: 5-Minute Lessons in Leading People." Furthermore, in 2023, Wyss became a Contentsquare Ambassador after completing the necessary training in that field.
