Food Scientist I at Continental Mills

Caroline Morgan has a diverse range of work experience in the food science and research field. Caroline began their career as a Microbiology Lab Intern at The J.M. Smucker Company in 2015. Caroline then worked as a Sensory Evaluation Center Lab Technician at Penn State University from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, Caroline joined USDA-ARS as a Physical Science Technician. Caroline later transitioned to Oberto Snacks Inc., where they held roles as a Research And Development Technician from 2017 to 2018 and then as an Associate Food Technologist from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Caroline became a Food Technologist, R&D at SaltWorks® Inc. Caroline'smost recent role is as a Food Scientist I at The Krusteaz Company starting in 2021.

Caroline Morgan attended Penn State University from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Science. In addition, they obtained the ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification in October 2014.
