Laura Petruccelli

Laura Petruccelli has extensive experience in various HR roles. Laura served as the Director of People - APAC at Contino from 2020 onwards. Prior to this, they worked at SXiQ as the EGM of Employee Experience from 2018 to 2020. Laura also held roles at MessageMedia, Interactive Pty Ltd, Zinc Group PTY LTD, Learning Seat, Aegis Media, Mitchell Communication Group, Visual Jazz, and BMS Telecorp. Laura'sresponsibilities in these roles included people management, culture development, performance improvement, and HR strategy implementation. Laura has a strong background in driving organizational change and creating positive work environments.

Laura Petruccelli completed a Bachelor of Management degree in Industrial Relations from RMIT University from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued Economics at La Trobe University from 2000 to 2002 but did not complete the degree. Laura also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from the Northern Metropolitan Institute of Technology, although the specific dates are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Laura has achieved certifications in the Women Rising Program from Women Rising in February 2022 and Change Management from APMG International in April 2016.
