Brit Grant possesses extensive experience in customer support and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Tech Support representative at ServiceTitan and a Customer Service Representative at Continuum Global Solutions since November and October 2021 respectively, Brit has honed skills in resolving customer issues and technical support. Previous roles include a Leader at The Buckle, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing store associates and analyzing performance metrics, as well as a Keyholder at Torrid. Additional experience as a Resident Assistant at American Campus Communities involved managing resident information and ensuring a comfortable living environment.
