Luis Guevara

Luis Guevara has a diverse work experience in different sectors. Luis started their career at the Banco Mundial / Ministerio de Educación as an Especialista en monitoreo y evaluación. Later, they worked at various organizations such as BIGMOND - TOP EXECUTIVE SEARCH, Autoridad Nacional de Servicio Civil - SERVIR, and Ministerio de Educación del Perú - Minedu. Luis also worked as a Project Manager at the Bernard van Leer Foundation and as an Especialista en Gestión de la Capacitación at the MINISTERIO DE EDUCACION. Currently, they hold the role of Product Lead at Continuum HQ.

Luis Guevara holds a Master's degree in Social Management/Gerencia Social from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, which they obtained from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Social Psychology from the same institution, from 2006 to 2012. In addition to their academic degrees, Luis has also obtained various certifications, including "Scrum Master Certified (SMC)" in April 2022 and "Learning Management and Talent Development (LM&TD)" in 2019 from Instituto para la Calidad - PUCP.
