Nelson Eduardo Shack Yalta

Nelson Eduardo Shack Yalta has Extensive managerial experience in public administration. He carried out international consulting and work for the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank, the Delegation of the European Commission and the Economic Commission for Latin America in more than a dozen countries in the Region on various issues of Budget Management, Strategic Planning, Investment Programming, Performance Audits, and Evaluations of Public Expenditure and Accountability, and Analysis of the quality of Expenditure in areas of Security and Justice.

He has served as Coordinator of the Project for the Improvement of Justice services in Peru. He has been a member of the Consultative Council of the Presidency of the Judiciary, General Director of Public Budget, and General Director of Economic and Social Affairs of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, as well as Director of Banco de la Nación. He is the author of various publications and specialized research, and is a lecturer and postgraduate professor at the Universidad del Pacífico, Universidad Continental, Universidad César Vallejo, Universidad Esan and the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Nelson holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Universidad del Pacifico and a Master in Management and Public Policies from the University of Chile.
