Samantha Danyal

Samantha Danyal has extensive work experience in customer success and financial advisory roles. Samantha currently holds the position of Senior Director, Global Customer Success at Contrast Security, where they began in February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Success at Contrast Security from March 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Contrast Security, Samantha worked as the Director of Enterprise Customer Success at PagerDuty from November 2020 to March 2021. Samantha also served as the Senior Manager of Customer Success (East US/EMEA) and Senior Customer Success Manager at Chef Software from 2016 to 2020. Samantha has experience in implementation and customer success roles at Kinnser Software (now part of WellSky) and Iodine Software. Early in their career, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones and held various roles at the UNDP and World Bank Group - World Links, focusing on international development and programs in the Middle East.

Samantha Danyal has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts degree in International Economics from The University of Manchester.
