Aparna Awasthi

Aparna Awasthi is the current VP of Human Resources at ConveGenius. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR at BEQURIOUS SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED from September 2018 to October 2021. From March 2017 to September 2018, they were the Manager of HR at AgreeYa Solutions. Awasthi also served as the Manager- HR at Navatar Group from October 2012 to July 2013. In this role, they were responsible for leading the provider of cloud CRM for Wall Street firms in more than 30 countries. Awasthi began their career in HR at Arshiya International Ltd. in May 2010 and served in this role until October 2012 when they transitioned to Infogain India Pvt. Ltd as a Sr. Executive. Aparna remained in this role until May of 2006.

Aparna Awasthi has a degree in Human Resource from IIM C. Aparna has a MBA in HR and IT from Amity University. Aparna has a Bachelor of Computer Application from ApeeJay Institute of Computer Science. Aparna has a BCA in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Doctor B.R. Ambedkar Open University. Aparna has an Intermediate degree in commerce with maths from Delhi Public School. Aparna has completed their Xth from Delhi Public School.
