Jominee Mangaser has an extensive career in Information Technology, holding leadership roles in various companies. Starting as a Systems Engineer in 1996, they progressed to becoming a Vice President of Information Technology Operations in Converge ICT Solutions Inc. Their experience includes roles such as IT Director, IT Operations Manager, and Technical Capability Lead, showcasing their expertise and growth in the field.

Jominee Mangaser completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Management (BCDPM) from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1996. Additionally, Jominee obtained various certifications including ITILv3, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Certified Cisco Network Associate, and others between 1998 and 2010.
