Michael Richards started their work experience as an Account Coordinator (Internship) at BBDO Worldwide in May 2007. Michael then worked as an Account Executive at AT&T from March 2008 to February 2009. After that, they became an Account Manager at Technology Connection from March 2009 to December 2012. Michael then worked as a Client Executive at Online Tech from December 2012 to March 2016. Following that, they became a Senior Account Executive at Verizon Enterprise Solutions from March 2016 to December 2016. From December 2016 to the present, they have been working as a Cyber Security Specialist at CBI | Cyber Security Solutions. Most recently, they joined Converge Technology Solutions Corp. in April 2022 as a Senior Account Executive.

Michael Richards completed their high school education at South Lyon High School from 2000 to 2004, earning a degree in General Studies. Michael then pursued further education at Northwood University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Advertising, Marketing, and Business Management.
