Tom Knighton

Tom Knighton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive development and management. Currently serving as the Global Practice Leader for Executive Development at Conversant since December 2014, Tom also owns and manages Blustone Vineyards, a role held since April 2010. Previously, Tom was a Partner at Mercer from November 2005 to December 2014 and held the position of Executive Vice President at AchieveForum from 1986 to 2005. Early career roles include Consultant at Omega Performance Corp (1986-1989) and Head of Training and Development at Continental Bank (1981-1986). Tom holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Wheaton College and has furthered knowledge at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
