Ruchi Bafna

Ruchi Bafna has four years of professional work experience. Ruchi began their career in 2015 as a UI Developer at IBM India Private Limited. In 2017, they took on a similar role at Emplay Inc. and Simplilearn. In 2019, they moved to ConverseNow.AI as a Sr. Software Developer.

Ruchi Bafna completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sir Padampat Singhnia University in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Eden International School from 2009 to 2011 and St. Paul's Sr. Sec. School from 1995 to 2009. In 2021, they obtained a Foundations in Design Thinking certification from IDEO U and in 2016, they obtained an IBM Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM.
