Director, Partner Success Enablement at Conversica

Keirsten Giliam has a diverse work experience, demonstrating growth and progression in their career. Keirsten began their professional journey in 2012 as a Business Development Representative at Wilson Motors. After working there for a little over a year, they transitioned to Conversica in 2013. At Conversica, they held multiple roles, starting as a Technical Customer Support Representative and then advancing to become a Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts. In 2016, Keirsten further elevated their position within the company and became a Manager of Customer Success. Keirsten continued to excel and took on additional responsibilities as a Manager of Partner Enablement and Product Innovation from 2019 to 2020. After that, they were promoted to Senior Manager in the same field until July 2021. Currently, Keirsten holds the position of Director of Partner Success Enablement at Conversica.

Keirsten Giliam attended Whatcom Community College from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study. Additionally, they have obtained a Conversica Basics Certification from Conversica in April 2021.
