Swapnil Shahane has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. swapnil started their career in 2009 as a Marketing Executive at Humdinger Technologies, where they approached other companies to promote their web design and development services. In 2012, they joined Krishna Web Developers as a Software Engineer, contributing to software development projects until 2015. Following that, they worked at Arkenea Technologies as a Senior Web Developer, responsible for writing clean code, troubleshooting, and ensuring strong optimization and functionality of core applications and databases. In 2021, Swapnil joined Convoso as a Senior Software Developer, where they design, architects, develops, and implements secure and scalable business solutions using PHP and other languages. swapnil also documents projects and creates training materials and collaborates with the Tech Lead to expand the PHP footprint within the software stack.

Swapnil Shahane attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer. In June 2022, they also obtained two additional certifications, namely the Confluence Fundamentals Badge from BatchService and the Jira Fundamentals Badge, also from BatchService.
