Thaddius Raymond

Thaddius Raymond has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Thaddius started their career as a Workforce Management Analyst at the Automobile Club of Southern California, where they managed agent scheduling and monitored call volume. Thaddius then moved on to Playboy Enterprises, Inc. as a Business Data Analyst, working directly with the executive team to provide data insights for decision-making. Thaddius also owned and operated their own podcast, the Podhole Podcast, where they took on multiple roles including Owner, Director, Creator, and Soundboard Op.

In 2014, Thaddius joined Verint Monet as a Software Implementation Specialist, responsible for onboarding new accounts and ensuring successful implementation of the software. Thaddius then worked as an Operations Manager at Eaze, overseeing the efficient management of a satellite depot and leading a team of drivers.

Thaddius transitioned into the field of customer success management, starting at ExakTime as a Customer Success Manager for major accounts and enterprise customers. Thaddius was later promoted to Customer Success Management Team Lead, providing leadership and guidance to a team of Customer Success Managers.

After their tenure at ExakTime, Thaddius worked as a Senior Customer & Partner Success Manager at Arcoro, where they continued to focus on customer success. Thaddius then joined AppointmentPlus as an Enterprise Client Success Manager, before moving to their current role as a Customer Success Manager at Convoso. Thaddius recently became a Senior Customer Success Manager at Convoso, demonstrating their progression and growth in the field.

Thaddius Raymond attended Eaton Rapids High School from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies. In addition to their high school education, Thaddius has earned certifications in various blockchain and cryptocurrency topics. In February 2021, they completed the "Blockchain & Bitcoin 101" course and the "Ethereum 101" course at the Ivan on Tech Blockchain Academy. Thaddius also obtained the certification in "Bitcoin Standard & The History of Money" in March 2021, also from Ivan on Tech Blockchain Academy.
