Erin Fairbanks

Erin Fairbanks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community building, program management, and customer engagement across various sectors. Currently serving as Chef Community Manager at CookUnity since February 2022, Erin focuses on fostering community in the Chef-to-Customer platform. As Convening Designer and Facilitator for BKBF Productions since June 2020, Erin provides technical expertise for organizational collaboration and crisis response. Previous roles include Director of Customer Engagement at Meld, Program Manager at GROUT, and Founding Executive Director of Women in Hospitality United, where Erin aimed to promote equity in the hospitality industry. Erin’s background also includes leadership positions at Heritage Radio Network as Executive Director and Heritage Foods USA as Account Manager, as well as foundational work in farm education at Flying Pigs Farm. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and Literature from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School.
