Roel de Graaf

Roel de Graaf currently serves as the Directeur Transformation Office at Coöperatie VGZ since October 2023 and is a member of the Raad van Toezicht at Pit Baarn and a lecturer in the Advanced IT Program at Nyenrode Business Universiteit, both since January 2022. Previously, Roel de Graaf held the position of Senior Executive Partner at Gartner from 2018 to October 2023, and served as Chief Data Officer at de Volksbank from 2016 to 2018. Roel has extensive academic experience as a lecturer in innovation at Hogeschool NOVI from 2004 to 2018, and was involved with the editorial board of Tijdschrift Informatie from 2008 to 2016. Other roles include Managing Partner at Quint Wellington Redwood from 2007 to 2016, VP Sales & Client Management for Financial Services at Atos Origin from 2004 to 2007, and Managing Director at PinkRoccade Atribit from 2000 to 2004. Roel de Graaf holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Drs in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with degrees from NOVI Hogeschool and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
