Charu Aggarwal has a rich and diverse work experience spanning various industries. Charu currently serves as the Director - Research Services at COPC Inc., where they collaborate with consultants and clients to enhance customer experience and differentiate their brands. Prior to this, Charu worked as the Vice President - CX Head at Kantar, responsible for customer experience in Western India. Charu also held the position of Lead - Consumer and Market Insights at Jio and Lead, Marketing and Strategy at Tata Tele Business Services. Earlier in their career, Charu worked at Sutherland Global Services as a Senior Associate Manager and at Grail Research India Pvt Limited as a Project Leader. Charu began their career at HDFC Bank Ltd, where they gained proficiency in sales and relationship management. Additionally, Charu gained experience as a Summer Trainee at Gillette.

Charu Aggarwal's education history includes the following achievements. In 1984, they completed their AISSCE degree in Commerce from Sardar Patel Vidyalaya. From 1998 to 2001, they pursued a BA (H) degree in BBE (Economics) from Delhi University. In 2001, they enrolled at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a dual specialization in Marketing and Finance in 2003.
