Daniel Penningroth is an experienced pastry chef with a diverse background in culinary arts and farm management. Currently serving as Pastry Chef at Copper Mountain Resort since November 2021, Daniel has previously held significant roles including Head Chef at Beanstalk, Inc., where responsibilities included menu development and food truck operations. Daniel's expertise also encompasses farm management, where efforts led to a 44% increase in lettuce production and the expansion of the farm team. Prior culinary experiences include positions at notable establishments like Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai as Junior Sous Chef Pastry and Fairmont Dubai as Chef De Partie Pastry, where Daniel developed menus and managed various pastry operations. Daniel holds an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
