Arbi Vartan

Arbi Vartan is a seasoned professional in strategy development and organizational effectiveness, currently serving in corporate strategy development at Shipt since May 2023 and as a course facilitator for strategy and leadership at Cornell University since January 2024. With extensive experience across various leadership roles, Arbi previously held the position of Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Unify Consulting, where responsibilities included overseeing national business operations and technology. Additional notable roles include Principal at Slalom, where focus was on agile services, and leading organizational change initiatives at PwC and Booz Allen Hamilton. Arbi holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Organizational Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
