Milton Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Milton started their career as a Graphic Arts Director at Periódico La Opinión del Sur in 2001 and later worked as a Senior Graphic Artist at Municipality of Villalba and Periódico El Sol de Puerto Rico. In 2011, they became the Senior Graphic Arts Director at Periódico La Opinión del Sur until 2014.

In 2010, Rodriguez had a brief experience as a Medical Intern at Hosp. Fracisco Gonzalvo - La Romana. Milton then worked as a Web Designer & App Developer at Grupo Editorial Mundo from 2015 to 2017.

From 2016 to 2019, Rodriguez held the roles of Shelter Assistant and Housing Counselor II & HMIS Administrator at Northern Virginia Family Service. During this time, they managed the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) software and developed reports.

In 2019, Rodriguez started working as a Freelancer - Senior Graphic Artist & Web Designer at Dr. Designs, a position they held until 2019.

In 2020, they briefly served as a Homeless Services Case Manager at Prince William County.

Most recently, Rodriguez joined Cornerstones in 2019 and has held various roles including Outreach Case Manager, Homeless Outreach and Engagement Program Manager, and currently the Director of Homeless Outreach and Engagement. In these positions, they have provided homeless outreach services, coordinated programs, and supervised staff.

Milton Rodriguez has a diverse education history spanning several years. Milton first pursued their interest in medicine at Universidad de Puerto Rico from 1994 to 1997, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, they continued to expand their knowledge in the field by completing 60 credits in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at the same university.

Rodriguez's education journey culminated at Universidad Central del Este - UCE, where they dedicated a significant amount of time from 2003 to 2011 to obtain a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. This comprehensive medical program allowed him to acquire a strong foundation in the field of Medicine.

In addition to their formal education, Rodriguez has also pursued additional certifications. In February 2019, they completed the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) program offered by Prince William County. Milton also obtained two certifications from the Virginia Department of Social Services in June 2018. These certifications include "Mandated Reporters: Recognizing and Reporting Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of Adults" and "Mandated Reporters: Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect."
