Rachael McDermott has a range of work experience in various industries. Rachael started their career at Brick Bodies as a Membership Counselor, where they implemented sales strategies and managed a team. Rachael then moved on to Paychex as a Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant, where they advised business owners on compliance and managed the employee lifecycle. After that, they worked at US Endoscopy as a Medical Device Sales Representative, managing a territory and supporting cases in the GI lab. Rachael later joined Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Sales Executive, developing and executing sales strategies for member and revenue growth. Currently, they are working at Corpay as a Director, Strategic Sales, responsible for sales of the company's accounts payable automation solutions.
