David Covill

David Covill is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef for Corporate Chefs/Elior at Colonial Life in Columbia, SC since March 2022, David previously held roles at Hilton Garden Inn as Director of Food and Beverage, and at Aramark as Executive Chef for the University of South Carolina. David has a strong background in managing kitchen operations, menu planning, and food service at various high-profile establishments, including multiple DoubleTree by Hilton locations and Eurest USA at Merck. David graduated from Baltimore Culinary College with a certificate in professional cooking and has built a solid career in culinary management since the 1990s.
