Andrea Pedrazzini has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to 2023. Andrea began their career as an Assistant Brand Manager at Galbani in 2002. Andrea then worked as a Brand Manager and European Brand Manager at Unilever from 2003 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Brand Marketing Manager for Cardiovascular at Medtronic. Andrea then transitioned to Medtronic Europe Sarl as a Brand Strategy Leader for Europe and Central Asia from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they became the Head of Marketing at NayaMed.

In 2012, Andrea joined Saatchi & Saatchi as a Global Account Director and later served as Managing Director. Andrea became the CEO Switzerland and Global Client Lead for GSK at Saatchi & Saatchi in 2015. During their time at Saatchi & Saatchi, they managed the Swiss creative agency, was responsible for client development and new business opportunities, and led the global Saatchi & Saatchi network for GSK.

In 2016, Andrea started working at Publicis Groupe as the CEO of Publicis Communications Switzerland, focusing on International Clients based in Switzerland and Europe. In this role, they managed and coordinated agencies such as Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, Metadesign, and Prodigious Switzerland. Andrea was responsible for designing and managing end-to-end communication models.

In 2020, Andrea became the CEO of Publicis ONE TOUCH and Global Client Lead for NIVEA at Publicis Groupe. Publicis ONE TOUCH is a bespoke agency model that accelerates the transformation of the NIVEA brand worldwide. The model incorporates various disciplines such as Journey Strategy, Creativity, Design, Data Analysis, CRM, Social Media, PR, and Production.

Most recently, Andrea started working at A.T. FIRE Consulting in 2023 as a Co-Founder. Andrea is also a Consultant at Corporate Visions, starting in the same year.

Andrea Pedrazzini completed their education from 1997 to 2002 at Università Bocconi. Andrea earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management during this period. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in International Marketing from 2001 to 2002 at the same institution, specializing in the field of International Marketing.
