Sherilyn Harrington

Sherilyn Harrington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and international relations. Current engagement as a Project Manager at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting began in April 2024. Previously, Sherilyn served as a Program Officer at IREX from September 2022 to September 2023, managing USAID-funded media development initiatives across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and South Asia. Sherilyn also contributed to the Vibrant Information Barometer, focusing on media sustainability in Europe and Eurasia. Additional roles include Program Officer at WorldOregon, Fulbright Fellow in Ukraine, and Program Coordinator at Lutheran Community Services Northwest, where innovative educational programs were developed. Sherilyn holds a Master of Arts in Global Communication from the Elliott School of International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from Linfield University, complemented by academic experience at Aix-Marseille University.
