Chris B.

Chris B. has extensive work experience in the media industry. Chris began their career in 2000 at ABC News, where they worked at the London Bureau until 2002. From 2002 to 2010, they worked at CTV Calgary as a Senior News & Online Producer. Chris then joined Global Calgary, Shaw Media, where they served as the Managing Editor from 2010 to 2013 and later as the News Director from 2013 to 2015. Chris B. then moved to Corus Entertainment, taking on various roles such as Station Manager/News Director from 2015 to 2019, National Director of Content and Editorial Standards from 2019 to 2022, Acting Vice President, National & Network News from 2020 to 2022, Vice President, Content and Distribution & Editorial Standards from 2022 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Vice President, Network Content, Production and Distribution & Editorial Standards starting from October 2022.

Chris B. attended the University of Calgary from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communications and a minor in English.
