Veronika Shabanova

Veronika Shabanova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Veronika has recently worked at COTI Group as a Senior Product Owner since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Flow Health from 2022 to 2023 as a Senior Product Owner, where they developed and launched a new Lab Informational Management System (LIMS) for Medical Diagnostic Laboratories. Their responsibilities included coordinating with the R&D team, managing the product backlog, and working closely with the development team.

Before their role at Flow Health, Veronika worked at EPAM Systems from 2019 to 2022 as a Senior Product Manager. Veronika contributed to the development of the "Agile" platform, supporting Scrum activities, and the "ESG" platform, tracking and increasing the company's ESG performance. Their responsibilities involved requirements elicitation, prioritizing feature lists, conducting roadmaps, and managing backlogs.

Veronika Shabanova also demonstrated their entrepreneurship skills as the Founder of Painting 4Life, a charity art gallery from 2019 to 2020. The gallery raised funds to help children with SMA by exhibiting artwork donated by artists.

Earlier in their career, Veronika worked at Topface from 2016 to 2019 as a Product Manager, overseeing a marketplace platform for mentoring IT specialists. Veronika also worked as a Business Analyst and subject matter expert in the psychology field during the same period.

Veronika Shabanova's earliest work experience was at POLUGAR. Historical Vodka from 2011 to 2016. Veronika served as an Associate Founder and later became the Chief Visionary Officer, leading the development strategy for a premium brand of spirits.

Veronika Shabanova completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2007 to 2012, they attended Saint Petersburg State University, where they obtained a Master's degree in The Psychology of Management. Following that, they enrolled at Moscow Business School from 2013 to 2014, earning a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in the field of Management of Information Technology.

Additionally, in July 2021, Veronika Shabanova obtained a certification in Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations from LinkedIn.
