Kathleen Gardner

Kathleen Gardner has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kathleen started their career at Circuit City in 1995, where they held various positions and focused on workforce development, team coaching, and customer experience. Kathleen then joined Travelers in 2008 as an Operations Manager, overseeing strategic objectives, process documentation, and project administration. Kathleen continued to excel in Travelers, eventually becoming an Operations Manager and Project Lead. In 2013, they joined Verscend as a Data Operations Implementation Manager, where they managed diverse stakeholders, created project plans, and delivered operational strategies. Since 2015, Kathleen has been working at Cotiviti, starting as a Director of Operations, Risk Adjustment, and now serving as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, they influence multiple business partners and monitors client experiences to drive improvement strategies.

Kathleen Gardner obtained a Bachelor of Social Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2005 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration with a Concentration in Project Management from Strayer University from 2009 to 2012.
