Aditi Gupta

Aditi Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR. Aditi is currently working as a Senior Director - HR at CottonConnect since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Hacking HR as a Grow Member starting from June 2020.

Aditi's previous experience includes working at GfK Boutique Research, where they held the position of Head Talent Acquisition (India + South Asia) + HRBP India from April 2017 to March 2020. Before that, they served as a Human Resource Business Partner for the Consumer Experience business of GfK India from August 2015 to March 2017.

Earlier in their career, Aditi worked as an HR Director and HR Manager at IMRB International from July 2011 to February 2014 and December 2008 to June 2011, respectively. Aditi also served as an HR Manager at GST Corporation from January 2008 to November 2008, at Mtree Software from March 2006 to December 2007, and at Elixir Web Solutions as a Recruitment Consultant from June 2005 to March 2006.

Aditi's earliest work experience includes positions at Wiley-Dreamtech Publication, where they worked as an HR Executive from June 2001 to May 2003, and as a Technical Writer from June 2000 to May 2001.

Throughout their career, Aditi Gupta has gained extensive expertise in various HR processes such as talent acquisition, training and development, organization development, employee engagement, reward and recognition, talent management, performance management, and succession planning. Aditi has also acted as a trusted advisor on people and policy issues for senior management and has collaborated with regional and global HR teams for process implementation.

Aditi Gupta has a well-rounded education history. Aditi started their education journey at New Era Public School - India, where they completed their High School degree in Commerce from 1983 to 1997. After completing their high school, Aditi pursued their Graduation degree in Commerce from Delhi University, which they attended from 1997 to 2000.

To further specialize in Human Resources, Aditi enrolled at the New Delhi Institute Of Management from 2003 to 2005, where they completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a focus on Human Resources.

Aditi's educational journey continued with their completion of a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur. Aditi attended XLRI Jamshedpur from 2014 to 2015, expanding their knowledge in the field of Human Resources Management.

In addition to their formal education, Aditi also obtained a certification in the Cardinal Leadership Program from Jombay in September 2018. This certification further enhanced their leadership skills and expertise in their field.
