Gunter Vanuytsel

Gunter Vanuytsel has extensive experience in project management, testing, and IT architecture. Currently, serving as the Head of Sector for Front Office Applications at the Council of the European Union, Gunter leads a team in developing and maintaining web and mobile services for Council Decision Making. Prior to this role, Gunter worked in various positions at companies such as Belgacom, Altran, Philips Consumer Lifestyle, and Thomson Telecom, showcasing their expertise in telecommunications engineering and software development. Gunter holds a Master's degree in Civil/Telecommunications Engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
