Kathy Sanchez

Kathy Sanchez is currently a Research Specialist at the Council on Criminal Justice. Prior to this, Kathy held roles such as Research Analyst and Faculty Specialist at the Maryland State Commission on Criminal Sentencing Policy, Researcher at the Institute for Justice, Research Associate managing a team to collect and clean data, Research Intern at the John Locke Foundation, Field Coordinator at The LIBRE Initiative, and Deputy Clerk overseeing criminal data entry at the Clerk of Court in the 10th NC Judicial District. Kathy holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, a Graduate Course in Applied Econometrics from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Public Policy from North Carolina State University.
