Jason Agha, M.S.

Jason Agha, M.S. has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jason is currently working as Talent Operations at Covariant since December 2021. Previously, they worked at Los Angeles Harbor College as a Recruiting Coordinator & Program Operations, specifically as an Assistant Coach for the Men's Basketball team from April 2016 onwards. From August 2019 to January 2022, they served as an Athletic Instructor at Scholarship Prep Charter Schools. Jason was also the Manager of Sports & Programs at Special Olympics Southern California from February 2018 to April 2019. Additionally, they worked as the Head Boys' Basketball Coach at Mary Star Of The Sea High School from October 2018 to March 2019 and at Torrance Unified School District from June 2017 to August 2018. Jason has also held multiple positions at the City of Long Beach, starting as a Recreation Specialist I & III from April 2008 to May 2016, then serving as the Assistant Athletic Field Permits Coordinator from May 2016 to October 2016, and eventually becoming a Program Coordinator for Youth Sports from October 2016 to March 2018. Lastly, they worked as a Substitute Teacher and Head Boys' Basketball Coach at Long Beach Unified School District from June 2012 to February 2015 and November 2014 to February 2018, respectively.

Jason Agha, M.S. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology-Sport Psychology at California State University, Long Beach from 2009 to 2014. Jason then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Physical Education - Sport Management & Leadership at Azusa Pacific University from 2016 to 2017. Furthermore, in June 2014, they obtained a certification in CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
