Cassandra Kenna

Cassandra Kenna has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Cassandra started their career as an Accounting Clerk at Nationwide Insurance in 2009 and later transitioned to various roles within the company, including Underwriting Screening Supervisor, Property Technical Underwriting Screener, Group Lead Underwriting Screener, and Underwriting Screening Trainer. During this time, they demonstrated strong leadership skills by coaching and mentoring associates, improving team quality and production results, and implementing procedures for foreclosure and vacancy.

In 2017, Cassandra joined First Benefits Insurance Mutual as the Director of Policy Services, where they oversaw policy services and operations. After that, they worked as a Premium Auditor at ECAP of NC, LLC from 2020 to 2021.
