Jaclyn Ulrich has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jaclyn started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Tire Service International from April 2018 to January 2020, where they managed product inventory, handled calls, and processed sales and payments. Jaclyn then joined Farmers Insurance as an Insurance Agent from January 2020 to July 2021, focusing on providing excellent customer service, resolving insurance-related issues, and analyzing data for customer success. After that, they worked briefly as an Insurance Agent at Allstate in January and February 2022. Currently, they are employed at Cover Whale, where they started in February 2022 as a Customer Success Specialist and later transitioned to a Customer Retention Specialist. In their current role, they handle agent communications, training, pilots, and ticket/task management across different platforms. Jaclyn has demonstrated their ability to effectively communicate, problem-solve, and collaborate in fast-paced environments within the insurance and customer service sectors.

Jaclyn Ulrich obtained their GED from Rio Salado College. In addition, they have received certification as an Insurance Agent specializing in Property & Casualty from NIPR in May 2021. Furthermore, they obtained certification in Slack Basics from Slack in February 2022.
