Anandi Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an intern at the Spastics Society of Karnataka, where they designed and conducted Assistive Technology sessions for children with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities.

In 2016, they served as a research assistant at the University of Minnesota, conducting behavioral assessments and analyzing eye-tracking data for infants and toddlers enrolled in a developmental brain and behavior research program. Anandi also worked as a teaching assistant at Macalester College during this time, where they assisted professors with grading, conducted office hours, and helped students with course material.

In 2017, Anandi worked as a summer analyst at Analysis Group and then resumed their studies at Macalester College as a teaching assistant and research assistant in the economics department.

From 2018 to 2021, they joined Analysis Group as an analyst and later became a senior analyst. In this role, they conducted economic and statistical analyses to support law firms, companies, and government agencies involved in complex litigation. Anandi also supported academic experts on casework spanning multiple industries and practice areas.

In 2021, Anandi started working at Georgetown University as a teaching assistant and research assistant at the Center for Research on Children in the United States (CROCUS) lab. Anandi used STATA and R to analyze data for thousands of students to examine the long-term effects of Tulsa's universal Pre-K program.

In 2022, Anandi had internships with both Fraym and The World Bank as a data science intern and a short-term consultant, respectively. Currently, they are employed as a data scientist at Covera Health since 2023.
