Carrie Leathers Boothe

Carrie Leathers Boothe, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Their most recent position was at Coviance, where they served as a Human Resources Manager since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Collegiate Peaks Bank as a Human Resources Officer and AVP from July 2019 to December 2021. Carrie also held the position of Human Resources Manager at CareerWise Colorado from January 2019 to July 2019.

From 2013 to 2018, Carrie worked at CoBiz Financial in various roles, including Human Resources Manager, Foundation President and Former Trustee, and AVP, Senior Human Resources Generalist. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations at Retirement Planning Strategies for a brief period in 2013.

Carrie began their career in 1999 as a Human Resources Representative at Colorado State Bank and Trust. Carrie later worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Vectra Bank Colorado from 2005 to 2009, and as a Human Resources Consultant/Officer at Colorado State Bank and Trust from 2009 to 2011.

Carrie's early experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at UMB Bank from 2004 to 2005 and as a Human Resources Representative at Colorado State Bank and Trust from 1999 to 2003. Throughout their career, Carrie has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, compliance, counseling, coaching, and internal investigations.

Carrie Leathers Boothe, PHR, SHRM-CP, pursued their education from 1993 to 1995 at The Art Institutes, where they obtained an Associates degree in Business/Marketing. In 2012, they further enhanced their expertise by obtaining the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
