Vincent de Gaultier has a diverse work experience in various industries. Vincent started their career as a Transient FEA Engineer at SAFRAN AIRCRAFT ENGINES, where they were responsible for developing calculation methods for evaluating aircraft engine performance. Vincent then moved on to DAHER as an Aircraft Mechanical Systems Engineer. At TOYOTA MOTOR EUROPE, Vincent held the position of Vehicle Project Management Senior Specialist, overseeing the development and production preparation of new vehicles. Vincent also had an international assignment at Toyota Motor Corporation, where they became a Project Planning and Management Senior Specialist for the Toyota C-HR NPI project. Vincent later joined Toyota Motor Europe again as a Manufacturing Strategy and Business Planning Senior Specialist, responsible for make vs buy decisions and business planning. Currently, they are the Vice President of Manufacturing at COWBOY, where they are a key member of the leadership team overseeing various aspects of manufacturing strategy, quality, procurement, product industrialization, and supply chain operations. Vincent's work experience showcases their expertise in project management, manufacturing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Vincent de Gaultier attended the European School from 1994 to 2001, where they pursued their high school education. After completing high school, they went on to study at the University of Cambridge from 2001 to 2005, earning a degree in General Engineering with a specialization in Aeronautics. Following their time at Cambridge, they enrolled at CentraleSupélec in 2005 and completed their studies in 2006, obtaining a degree known as Mastère Spécialisé. This degree focused on Mechanics, Aeronautics, and Energy.
