Georgina Bouchala

Events Chef at Cowdray

Georgina Bouchala is the owner and director of Gina b cakes specializing in custom cakes for all occasions. Currently, Georgina is also working as a sous chef at Drift Hayling Island, where Georgina leads the kitchen team in the chef's absence and provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members. Additionally, Georgina serves as an events chef at Cowdray Estate, designing bespoke menus for weddings and events. Previously, Georgina held positions such as head chef at Fuller's Brewery and The Norfolk Arms Hotel, as well as general manager at The Tower Arms Hotel. Georgina is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies at The Open University.
