Laura Umbrase

Laura Umbrase has a diverse work experience in IT service delivery and management roles. Laura is currently the Director of IT Service Delivery at CPS Energy. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Service Delivery Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club from December 2020 to October 2022. Before joining BJ's Wholesale Club, they served as a Technology Service Manager at LendingClub from April 2018 to December 2020. Laura also has experience working at Danske Bank, where they held multiple roles including Team Lead for IT Process Automation Development Team from December 2016 to November 2017 and Service Now Adoption Lead And ITSM Process Owner from October 2015 to December 2016. Earlier in their career, Laura worked as a Change Manager at Barclays from July 2013 to October 2015.

Laura Umbrase obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University between the years 2005 and 2011. Laura also holds additional certifications in CISCO and ITIL Foundation from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
