Cathy Monday has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Cathy began their career as an Assistant Account Executive at Martin Retail Group/ Leo Burnett in 2010, followed by roles as a Personal Banker and SSA at JP Morgan Chase in the same year. From 2011 to 2013, Cathy worked as a Project Coordinator at Urban Geko, and then as a Project Manager at Silk Software Corp. in 2013. In 2014, they were a National Account Manager for both Grand River, Inc. and Perficient, Inc. Cathy then worked as a Director of Strategy & Client Services at Symphony Talent in 2016, followed by an Account Director role at Digital Roots in 2015. Most recently, Cathy has been a Delivery Team Lead, Senior Technical Project Manager, and Senior Account Manager at Human Element since 2017, and is currently a Client Success Manager and eCommerce Strategist at CQL since 2022.

Cathy Monday attended Michigan State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelors in Advertising with a specialization in Design.
